4Z still skipping social/military project completion notices

While much better than prior betas in this regard, 4Z still skips notifying you of completed projects when you get a GNN notice that "so-and-so has completed a political/economic/manufacturing capitol". Closing that window should take you to the window that tells you about your own social/military project completions, but that window doesn't come up.
