frustrating updates

ok im looking at stardock central right now and it says ive already installed v1.13 but im pretty sure thats not correct because i cant get the large scale building technology. also when i go to the menu screen it says option 1.05 at the top which i think should be 1.13 at this point. does anyone know how to find out what version implaying

well, if you can't get large scale building, that is a bug that ocurred in 1.13, so you probably updated. Read through the bug report for instructions on how to "patch" the 1.13 patch.
