WC doesn't recognize me as subscriber

not recognized as subscriber

Paid for WC website subscription, but not recognized as subscriber. How long till WC sees me as a paid subscriber/user?

BTW, WC and Stardock kick azz!

WC still doesn't recognize me as a subscriber, and I have yet to hear back from the e-mail I sent? Any suggestions?

Forgive me for asking, but did you recieve your e-mail with the WC Browser download links? Did you download the WC Browser? Did you enter the serial number from the e-mail? Finally, did you log in using your WC Browser?

I only ask because sometimes it's the obvious things that are forgotten.
Please don't think I'm being patronizing to you. I'm just trying to help.

Yea, I did all of that and even added my serial# in the proper spot on SD Central. I don't know what else to do.

Hello Tatiana,

This account that you are using does not have any registrations associated with it.  You probably used a different account (email address) to purchase your subscription.  So in order to have this account (your Tatiana Stardock.net account) know about your other account (the one you made the purhcase with) and recognize your subscription you need to go to the following link to cross reference your two accounts: https://www.wincustomize.com/crossref.aspx

That should fix things up for you.

I cross referenced my Stardock and WinCustomize accounts. That worked, but only put me at level 4 user status. As a paid customer of WinCustomize, I'm supposed to be a level 5 user for being a subscriber. How do I go about changing it to level 5, the user level I'm supposed to be?

Actually, Daniel is Danielle and Tatiania is my first name with Danielle being my middle name. But I shouldn't have to explain anything except I use a male name for playing mmo's cuz unfortunately us gals get no respect online

Wait, I'm supposed to be user level 5 as I'm a paid subscriber. Scroll up and see post #7, look what Jafo wrote. How or why would my subscription reset like that, especially if the subscription is less than a month old?

Tatiania, it had something to do with the cross referenced accounts that you have.  Things should be good now.  Let us know if you have a problem.

How long is 1 year at Wincustomize.com? Do you have different time-countings? Smile...

I'm wondering, because suddently I'm not a subscriber any longer and my subscribtion was made in October, 2005.

I am also having the same problem. Purchased a subscription in Ocotber 2005 and while in only one screen I see that I am a subscriber, in most windows I am not a subscriber. This seemed to have just happened yesterday or the day before.

Ok, we have identified that new Global Forums project is incorrectly resetting the customer status. We are currently trying to fix the problem.  Hopefully we will have a fix later today that will correct this problem.

I'm still not being recognized as a level 5 user, are there any updates on when my subscription status will be returned to normal?

Tati, We believe we have this fixed, but are going to keep an eye on it today.  Please let us know if you see your account status drop again.
