A different bug?

During my last game using the latest beta, I came across something I had not seen mentioned in the forums. One time after saving and the continueing, the lower buttons on the main screen turnd white with dark symbles on them instead of the normal color. Strange. I had to go back to an earlier save and restart to get the colors right, and was able to continue on. I can send a saved came if you would like.

Note: During the same game I noticed several other issues discussed on thes forums, such as the science screen, and the ability to make a trade for 990 months instead of the normal 50 max.

The game was much more stable and only hung my machine up one time during the entire game. (The previous beta was hanging up the machine once an hour or so.) Great improvement.

Were you playing as "good"? At some point, after the game has determined that you've made enough choices as good or evil, it changes the "skin" on the buttons. For instance, I'm now playing as evil, and the buttons are grey with red symbols on them. This is normal.

I also found this to be disconcerting the first time my Civ went over to the Darkside. Even the science advisor, when you research something new, changes - reminds me of Maximillin from Blackhole, which is cool. Haven't managed to go Good yet.
