World of Warcraft Suit Settled

Brian Kopp of Bronson, Florida, who made headlines in early March can resume selling the unofficial World of Warcraft strategy guide that got him in trouble in the first place.

Owing to an out of court settlement, Kopp can now resume sales of his book The Ultimate World of Warcraft Leveling & Gold Guide on eBay or anywhere else if he should so choose.

Kopp will not received any monetary compensation, which he originally sought, but instead will have all charges brought against him via eBay and various infringement claims dropped. For his part, Kopp said that he wouldn't include links or instructions on how to find cheats or exploits for Blizzard's award winning title.
