How do i install them?

I wish someone would tell me too. I feel so left out of the fun.

p.s. i just got the KHSM one and folled the instructions for installing it and i still can get it to work.

Did you turn Mods on in the UI when you click "menu"? Also what type of game are you playing? If playing a Metaverse game, then most mods won't work. If you want to play with mods then "sandbox mode" is the best way to go. I'm now saying that you don't know this, I'm just trying to narrow down your problem. Btw... When installing mods to your game, are you putting them in the right folder? Some mods want you to put them within the mods folder in certain specific subfolders, and others want you to place them in a specific "Mygames" folder which is accessable through "My Documents"

As of 1.2, all mods need to be placed in the GC2 installation directory. By default this is C:\Program Files\StarDock\TotalGaming\GalCiv2. Put mods in the mods folder there, or wherever you installed GC2 at.

Otherwise, so long as you have the 1.2 patch, it should "just work". So long as you put KHSM in the right place, it should appear in the mods picker list (even if you ignored the rest of the readme and didn't run the included batch file properly or at all, you should get that much). It includes everything it needs for the game to at least recognize it, so long as it's been put in the right place.

If it is not in that list, you did not unzip it in the correct location, and if you do not have these screens/options available, you're either not running the latest version of GC2 or have somehow gotten a damaged install.

yes i know its 2 l's ive had that comment before and i have done all that you have tole me to and it doesn't work

ok i was going into my documents then into my games then GC2 but i tried the hard drive part instead and now it works thanks for the info!

So in other words, you didn't do what you were told the first time.
