Runtime error '13' type mismatch, when I try to edit

I dled DragonX.logonxp from this site and went to try and edit it in logon studios. When i click edit i get this error, runtime error '13' type mismatch. any 1 know whats up?

It has to do with the words in the Theme.ini that are in Spanish. If you change them to english (falso to "False", Salir to "Shutdown" and verdando to "true" ) then you can open the logon in the edit window.
