When I try to submit my game I get kicked back to windows, and obviously it is not submitted (still don't see my name in the list)

At 1st ít wasn't so important, but now I finally got a decent score I would like to submit it.
Is there any fix or solution ? (or can't I submit beta 4z game with beta 5)
