Question on about VBscript, AreoXP theme

I have a question:

1. Can someone point me to a place where i can view vbscript coding so i could learn it. Preferably free lol

In the AeroXP theme, under websites. I wanna make firefox open up the links without having to make it my default browser. So im trying to figure out the vbscript code for that. Also, things like executing an exe file. How would i do that. I would really appreciate the help.

This is a neat site for trying out samples of simple code and basic definitions.

And if you got time on your hands, odds are the solution you want is on a MSDN page somewhere. The trick is finding the bit you want. Here's a front door:

But folks above are right. Google will help you find snippets and tutorials for your particular needs.

Also, I haven't played with the DesktopX themes much, and it is unfamiliar territory, but you should be able to adjust the shortcuts to use firefox without any script at all.

Right Click on the object, and select properties
On the General Tab of the Object Properties dialog, check the Object Type.
If it is Shortcut we're in good shape
If it is URL we have to change it
In any case, click "Change"
If it isn't a Shortcut type object, make it one.
You have some boxes to fill in.
Check File Shortcut if not checked
Browse to your firefox.exe to fill in first box
In the arguments line, type the URL of the page to open.
OK your way out of there, and you're good to go. (Repeat for each special shortcut)
