Information on technology

I'm sorry if this has been asked and answered, but is there any plans to make more information on the technology tree available in-game? Don't get me wrong, the cross-linking of techs in the tree is great, but there is so much information that is not readily accessible in-game. It would be nice to know what all these techs can do.

If this will not be available for Galciv, will this be incorporated into GalCiv 2?

Thanks, Seeker, but I already had that link. I am trying to avoid having to alt-tab out of my game to use this website. Does anyone know if this functionality will be added, either to Galciv 1 or 2?
