X-Pirate download

I just downloaded X-Pirate created by JJ Ying. While it's a good skin there are some issues,I think, that need to be resolved.One...531kb is kind of small...dontcha think. Thats the size of the suite I downloaded. Two...it prevented IE from loading properly. Three...I cannot delete it. A dialogue box appears and says you cannot delete a file in use. The skin I'm using is Cerrulian Jewels. X-Pirate should not be in use period. I'm not one to bitch but......

weird.

when i start the download for that, it says it will be 662kb, yet I already have it and in the WB folder it's a hair over 3mb

Downloaded...installed...uninstalled....all just fine here...

As for 'size'...it's just the Windowblind skin....not the winamp or whatever else...
