ODZip.dll Reported as Missing?

I just downloaded the latest DesktopX beta using SD Central. When I ran it I received a message about ODzip.dll missing. I checked and it does exist. So, I copied it to the DesktopX folder. Now, DesktopX will run fine. However, whenever I try to load an object I get the same message that the DLL is missing from the DesktopX folder or from the Stardock Common files folder.

How do I fix this?
