Galactic Exhibition not removed from list once built

Another race built the Galactic Exhibition wonder while it was under construction on one of my planets. It stayed as the build item for that planet and I was able to continue construction on it.
Once I manually selected another item to build it vanished from the list of available build items.
Other one of a kind items have correctly vanished from the build lists.
