Starbase cumulatiove effects?

Let's say that in one sector I have two starbases, each with all of the available modules. Are all of the module bonuses cumulative? I know that the Production Assist bonuses are. What about Trade, Culture, Repair Assist, Attack Assist, Defense Assist, Speed Assist, and Slow Enemies?

All stack.

Actually, I thought that Cultural bonuses were multiplicative, thus the super-cultural power of starbases in the same sector. Am I wrong here?

I said stack, not add. The multiplicative is a side effect, but I think all are actually behaving the same way:
Consider figure. For each starbase, apply bonus.
e.g.
Attack: For starbase X add X, for starbase Y add Y: Total +X+Y.
Trade: The starbase itself produces X revenue. Y does too, result +X+Y revenue.
Culture: Apply starbase X: Culture = (old value +X%). Apply starbase Y: Culture = (old value +X% + Y% + X*Y%). When X >100%, the X*Y becomes the most important term, thus the multiplicative effect.

But they all stack the same way.

Yes, putting it that way, I agree with you. It's me who misunderstood you, as in *my* english (which has many shortcomings -- it's a third language), stack and add meant the same thing. I stand corrected :)
