Scores in Profile <> Metaverse

Interesting question: When I look up my score in the profile popup it is 30882 and the same shows under My Empire. However, when I look myself up in the Metaverse players it shows 31156. Is the profile and empire screen behind? I tried refreshing the empire screen...

No - there are different rules as to how scores degrade over time - the MV score degrades each monthly block by 5% per month old but the profile goes down by 10%
