Logon help please

So I thought I would be clever and try to create my on logon on screen. Nothing snazzy or anything just a picture and a different image for the "go" button. Everything was fine until I selected "save and apply" or however it is worded. Anyway, when it clicked on to my new logon screen my users are missing!! Only the picture I added in the center section is there. Oh and the restart button. There are three separate user accounts on my computer but no way to get into any of them. I hope this is making sense. Ok so I am wondering what I should do. I cant get on my computer to change the logon screen back or uninstall or anything. Any help would be great. Thanks all

Ok ok apparently if you press ctrl+alt+del twice you can log in. Wow got that figured out. But does any have any ideas why this happened?

They are there, with logonstudio the user accounts are much more transparent than windows default. The default location is right side of logon in the center.
