What must I do when a have downloaded de .zip file????

I have downloaded a Boot Skin and in the .zip file appears 3 files: a .ini file and 2 bmp files... what must I do with them???????????????

Get the bootskin program and install it. You need it to use any of the skins. But be warned. The program itself doesn't get along wth all computers, and has caused trouble. https://www.wincustomize.com/software.aspx

Once you get the program - be advised - clwoods is right. due to different bios bootskin doesn't play nice with everyone. there is also more than on version. if one doesn't work try another.

once you get one installed,
when you download a bootskin as a .zip,
before you unzip it (which you shouldn't do)
