5C Bugs

Just a few things I found while playing a game:

1. You can't scroll down on the military governor's page (the bottom pannel "Should now build...") either that, or you can't switch to set build to nothing.

2. Could there be some way to implement a message filter for the planetary messages? Like eliminate messages for social products, but not ships, or just planetary upgrades when you have a governor handling all that anyways?

3. I could not build a terror star. Even though I backed out of the UP after it passed that ruling, I couldn't build one at the end of the game. I had 3 Starbases maxed out and yet I was unable to build.

That's about it! Good work though, I really enjoy the game!

Few more bugs, hope it's in time before gold or somebody else mentioned them.

1.) I also have hit a CTD that another person mentioned when colonizing other planets in the same system (Build Colony Ship, instead of hitting launch either click it once and then click on planet in system to do automatic 1/2 pop transfer, or else double click, set pop and then click on planet to colonize, it CTD'd).
2.) You can change your government to Republic from the first turn of the game, before researching it, even when it's unhighlighted.
3.) All the ships and stations across the board seem to get damaged (sparks emitting) without being attacked randomly once or twice a game, usually fairly deep in. I was funding mine enough too, and I was in no wars.
4.) There's a little square at the top left of the map that starts every game explored.
5.) I think in the latest beta you start with star federation?
6.) I like GalCiv. (not a bug)

3) this is not a bug. You have just researched something or improved a military starbase which gives extra hit points. The ships are now 'repairing' up to the new value.
