Registering my game

from GalCiv2 Forums
I have tried countless time to register my collecters version and I always recieve servial number is invalid. I have switched out the 0s with Os and still does not work. I am copy pasting the number directly from the game launch menu. The game plays fine but I can't download or update. What direction do I need to take this?

Still no joy.

This is what I am trying:

I Log in to Stardock central, go under register products, i click "look up serial number", the serial arrives in e-mail, i copy paste it in, click update and it tells me that the serial is invalid. What am i missing?

Are you picking GC2 from the list of products to register? The button (for me) only says update when TGN is selected. If an individual game is chosen in that menu, it will say 'Register' on the button.

I'm having the same problem registering, but I can't register even when I pick the specific game. How do I get this crazy thing to work?
