Leaving my mark on the earth

Intelligent life am I

For I am mankind

Leaving scars upon the earth

Superior being

Poisoning the air

Slave to progress

Clouding the waters

A journey of learning

Smoking the skies

I am mankind

Mastering intelligence

Fouling all that supports our life on earth

Till nothing is left

Governor of the earth
