icon position change with the theme or suite

does anyone know how to make the icons location on the screen be saved with each suite or theme??? like i place my icons around a desktop picture...then when i switch to a different theme with a desktop picture i want them to be around that picture.

For me as well. This is driving me crazy. It seems whenever windows FX has to reload or re-'something' it changes the placements of my icons back to the top left corner default location.

Try as I might, I cannot get the icons to stay where I place them. When my comp reboots/restarts or something on the desktop changes causing Windows FX to redraw or whatever it has to do it moves my icons back. It is making me want to unload windows FX, but it is so nice, I don't like that solution either (plus I paid for it, so I want to use it!!)

Any suggestions would be nice. Thanks!

themes and suites don't mark icon location.
