Ubisoft Dives Into Pacific

Ubisoft announced today that their submarine simulation franchise will continue with Silent Hunter 4: Wolves of the Pacific scheduled for release in Spring 2007. The latest entry into the submariner genre will come from Ubisoft's Romanian studio and put gamers in the shoes of an American skipper. The title will allow players to engage in massive battles as they try to avoid and destroy the enemy, winning promotions and commendations as they pursue victory in the Pacific theater. Ubisoft has also promised a new multiplayer mode for LAN or Internet play, enabling gamers to battle it out or team up to defeat a common enemy.
