I'm dissapointed in moo3 and well this frankly looks cool but.

I just read about this and I have an urge to play it today is there any way I could buy now and get the latest beta?

I was going to go out and buy moo3 today but the game just seems to suck unfortunately i think i'm going to pass on it.

Hi Joloven

Sorry, you will have to wait to 3/25 :-(, If it's not available anywhere near you , or if you don't want to wait for it to be shipped to you, I think you can then on the 25th buy it from stardock and download it then (460 megs or so) I hope this helps

Yeah, thanks, I feel really hyped about this game from what I read. I hope the excitement lasts though.. Man I wish I could just play it now. I am dying for a new game. ::Sigh::

I'vr played almost everyday for about 6 months and i have never lost the excitement. Stardock really listens to us, after you play the game, start making suggestions about what you like, etc. Wait till you build your first terror star and slowly start destroying the enemy completely Also look throught this forum, you'll get a lot of info here from all the different player, I usually play good in a giagantic galaxy, but i've been known to walk on the "dark side" :D

ps. Joloven and Damelon, Welcome to the game :D Hope you like it as much as us stardockaholics do!

Brad got me hooked on making terror stars with a bunch of cultural modules. :) They're great fun.

I thought about doing that! With cultural Maximizing tech you can get a +500% cultural bonus, just sweep through the sector and sweep up planets......coool......

Hang in there. I remember being impatient to get started on the Alpha testing a year and a half ago and having to wait for six months before it finally started. While the wait can seem unbearable, it is definitely well worth it.

hehe
The ability for the TerrorStar to be upgraded after completion was totally unintentional. After playing with that feature, though, we realized how cool it'll be for players to make these moving battlestations that could give bonuses in any sector it was moved it to.

You can't deny the power of a Starbase that can take out an entire starsystem, yet still have the heart to be home to a waterpark and galactic shopping center. ;)

And here I thought I was the only one that used terror stars with cultural modifiers. First terror star I made converted every planet I was trying to destroy before I got to them. Needed to build a second terror star without any other modules just to see a star blow up.

I hope they have a "First Star Blown Up" cut-scene. Heh.
