Changing the thumbnails folder icon

Heya, I got some new folder icons and problem is that i dont know how to change the thumbnails icon, not the thumbnails themselves but the yellow xp-folder in the background.

I like using the thumbnails but it would be nice if the folder could be changed.

Im sure most of you guys know how so i would be glad if you could help out.
