LiteStep and Title bars

So I downloaded LiteStep the other day, and installed it. So I downloaded some themes and tried them out, but what I have noticed is that the title bars still looks like the XP theme.
I've asked a few of my friends about this and they said it might have not installed something, but it has happened with 4 themes already (one of them being the Mac theme). I'm guessing that I haven't set something up correctly and I can't figure out what it is.

Litestep doesn't change the title bars or window graphics. It only changes the start bar/desktop.

You have to use a program like windowblinds to effect those titlebars...

Most Litestep themes have an accompanying windowblinds theme...
