[HELP] Installing themes = Annoying taskbar pop up

Hey, ive just started using the dektop x 3.1 program and i i installed a theme perfectly and it works cept that when ever i do this the original classic task bar pops up from time to time and disappears after 1 sec. Does anyone know how to fix this.

***Using WIndows 2000 sp 4***
