Enkera. Definitely.

I'm not sure, D-Reliction is of course feature packed, and well coded and looks good. But it ain't that creative aestetically (spelling?). Enkera is very creative on that part, just not on the feature part... That's why i would go for my own skin, Machina Although that it could use some more features it's my no.1 So my list would be 1.Machina 2.Ekera 3.D-reliction

1. Resurgence - Of course i rekon its the best, i made it how i think a skin should be 2. D-Reliction - Nice, thought out, and well coded. But things like the vis just being pointed to a frame from the volume level let many skins down. 3. Enkera - Sweet graphics, different look on skins, feels reletavly 'complete'. But not as useable as others.

Mr Muniom Designs! How on earth can you say that Enkera is "not so usable as others"? It's so easy to use, that you can put gloves on and still find the buttons!!! But what about the new skin GrayZ from metaskins.net!? That's not so bad! I'll say it's ranked beside H20 on my own list, but we'll see when the judging is over

20CECIL: i didnt say it didnt have any usable features, what i meant was like, its not as practicle as some other skins because of its unique shape. But this is for most creative skin so this is definatly its place.

Sorry! But I can't follow you! I have tryed many skins and none, NONE, comes close to this in usabillity! Practical! Hmm! Have you used it for a while!? Let's say 10 min. The unique shape has nothin' to do with practical or not! I've seen skins that looks smooth but inthe end you could - as we say we where I'm born "go' out and blow pigs!" D

My vote goes to those: 1. GrayZ 2. WooHoo-FER 3. H2O Liquid Cause I created them and I know how creative they are Seriously now, Judges have a hard work to do cause almost all of the WA Modern skins are unique and creative, but let's face the truth here, See on every skins every detail, even the "Current Skin" info page on Winamp Preferences....... there is even there creativity (at least in GrayZ if you've noticed) Good luck to all of us, the creators I mean. Can't you guys read? The rank will be 1. Enkera 2. H2O Liquid / GrayZ 3. Resurgence H2O Liquid and GrayZ will share the 2. place or one of them will push Resurgence of the 3. place! WooHoo-FER comes not even close to these skins! Just wait and see

Vrank is right. It takes a long time until you can finish a skin and then ofcourse you like yours best. My favorites are: 1. Ar.7 (most userfriendly) 2. Grayz ( Best Coded) 3. Enekra (Most Creativ) But there are so much great skin out there. Seriously, i would give 15+ gold medals if i was the judge but thank god i am not. It will be very dificult to decide which the really best skins are.

ok, here is my vote... i had a hard thought if it'S ok to vote for my own skins, but i think it is, because i'm just one person and won't have too much influence on the results. ok, for categorie "most creative" i vote: 1: grayz (next to enkara it has the most awesomedesign, i think, but enkara isn't too creative in extra features, what also means creativity!!!) 2: layerONE (its design is somethong new in the modernskin world, and is has tons of extrafeatures!) 3: Enkara (its design is making me almost speechless ALMOST ) grayz was submitted very late for this categorie, so all of you who don't know it yet, have a look at it Adrian, there's nothing wrong about voting for the own skin. i think i can say i'm an experienced skinner and know what's worth what. i don't vote for my skin because it's mine, i vote for it because in my eyes it'S the best and i give my best to be as fair as i can be.

I think some people dont realize that you're supposed to say the skins you think are the most creative. If it has less usability, that doesn't make it less creative, that makes it less usable. That's why there are different categories.

features != creativity. that's what the power user category is for. that's why i made my choices purely from the aesthetic merits of the skin, not on the usability or extra features.

monzee, you're a BIT right, but if the authors of the skins have thought of extra features, they were creative. that's a fact! sure, there are many features which fit into the power user category, but in my eyes, these features are those which let you adjust the skins' way of working, but there are also features, that are just a kind of goodies which aren't useable in any way but are creative!

Enkera is easily the most creative winamp skin, followed by Machina and WooHoofer.

I totally agree with monzee! A lot of you are mixing up usability with creativity, those two categories have nothing in common. A lot of features does not make a skin more creative, that's a fact, foos! No picks from me, since one of my skins is in the contest.

oh, and a creative skin doesn't affect it's usability!
