prog and place sep bars...

new problem....sigh. okay, my prog panel and places panel are the same colour, and ive done the sep bars the same colour also, the problem is, when i do a preview in stardock,(every angle, task bar up top, side, down bottom ect..) the sep bar tips are a pale green, now ive double and triple checked the bars,(even coloured them again to make sure) the colour is correct, and ive checked and rechecked the prog panel and places panel and they are fine, when the skin applied to my pc, there is no miscolour at all, so what is going on? ive saved all my changes on stardock and windowblinds, even shut down stardock and restarted,ect......got any ideas? or is it just a glitch?

the sep bars are saved as png format, but even in bmp format, same problem.
