1.3 difficulty levels

I updated my game to 1.3 but the 3 new difficulty levels are not listed when I start a new game.

They still read the same in the setup screen, but Suicidal now gives an intelligence of 150 (as reported in Debug.err) when it was (I think) 128 before. So the numbers that the game uses have changed, not the descriptions.

I see the new intelligence levels, but difficulty levels have not changed. I thought I read in the change log that new difficulty levels were added. Or, is it just intelligence levels that were modified?

What's this in the changelog notes then:

+ More difficulty levels: Dunce at the lower end, Godlike and Ultimate at the higher end.

Not listed in the AI intelligence levels in-game, either.

If you click on the individual intelligence levels for each race you will see them. The last 2 are now Godlike and Ultimate.
