I love those capital symbols on planets, can someone make more, can I make starbases connect to other starbases?(like the one on the intro)

I wish they'd make symbols for all the minor races in the game though. Maybe they'll do that in AP beacause they'll have to make new carinoid and alexian symbols anyway since the Krorx and the Drath use the symbols for both races.
