Where do I DL prepaid game?

I need to know where do I go to purchase the prepaid game and what steps I need to take to download it. How will you know if the purchase was made at EB or CompUSA? Please clarify this and hopefully there will be enough bandwidth for all of us "POed MOO3 players".
