Evil vs Good/Order vs Chaos?

I'm sure this is an idea mentioned somewhere but it would be cool to add this other philosophical system! Maybe we could MOD this in?

Personally, I love the idea of running an Evil/Order empire!

For some future version there has been talk of the day of having 16 civilizations and having those 4 combos:

Good / Evil
Order / Chaos

Then then mixing it up. My favorite games of GalCiv are always when you have multiple races allied together. In one of the games I was playing, it was me and the Arceans vs. the Drengin and Yor vs. the Altarians and Torians. It was like playing TA again when you'd have 2 on 2 on 2 games.
