Range of Colony Ships limiting amout of Colonization.

I have notice particularly in beta 4c and 4b that the range of colony ships really limits the number of star systems I can colonize. I can find them in time, but my colony ships just can't get there. Any chance of more range for colony ships?

Research your way there. Takes a little longer, but then that's part of the game...challenges.

Or build a star base as far as you can in that direction. Range is measured from the nearest star OR SB you own.
