DesktopX Doesn't Work

Ok, DesktopX on my computer doesn't work. And all I want to do is lose the icons in the desktop! Ok, here what happens when I click create:

have you tried an uninstall/reinstall?

you can get rid of icons by right click desktop, arrange icons by, uncheck show desktop icons

Yes, I have. Before if used an earlier one (my licence is expired) and it's done the same thing.

And thanks for telling me about the 'lose the icons' thing.

I think they have been fixing in so repeated installs of trials down't work

your's a trial?

try sending your serial request in at support, i think you should get a link to the last version paid for.
