Version 1.13???

Yeah, I'm out of the loop but ... there's a version 1.13 out there? :notsure:

I tried getting it through Stardock Central but the latest version I see available is 1.12.

Furthermore, when SC downloads that file with info on the latest releases, it stops somewhere between 60%-70%. No error or warning. It just stops ... almost as if it's done. But alas, no 1.13 appears in my SC. :(

I hope I can get AP. :(

What version of Stardock Central do you have? You could try re-installing from the latest version.

I had the same issue and had to force SDC to update before I could see version 1.13. Tools | Check for Application Updates is what I did I think. :) Hope that helps.

#1 - Firewall, VirusScan, etc. switched off.

#2 - Version 1.20.235 build 34. Is there a certain page or tool I need to go to in order to update Stardock Central? "Check Application Updates" doesn't do it?

#3 - I've been using "Check Application Updates" the whole time.

Thanks for responding, everyone. Any help you can give me is appreciated. :)

Wait, version 1.20.235 build 34? That's the next update after 1.13. Something is up.

Isn't there an ini file for SDC that he can move or delete to force SDC to update? No I just went and checked and that is for chats...

My version number is: 1.22.247

May need to uninstall and reinstall SDC unless someone knows how to force it to update.

later,
an SDC updated oldgamster

SDC almost always updates itself whenever I launch it to see if there's something new about galciv. I find that annoying! What are you changing on this program?

I don't know.  I don't have anything to do with the development of Stardock Central. You can set it to not automatically check for updates to Stardock Central under tools->settings.
