Systray Gone in DX

I have made Dx themes that use system tray in them.  System tray has always worked for me until my computer crashed. I'm Puzzled on why system tray no longer works. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Dx but still does not work. So I downloaded themes that are using system tray and they do not work. I am puzzled on this one.     Please help

do you have 'enable mcp notification area support' checked in SDC's settings.

do you have sdmcp.exe?

There has been a bug reported in DX similar to what you are seeing. You may try runnign the MCP stand-alone from here: http://tinyurl.com/qa7kf

Did you check to see if the sdmcp.exe is on ?

Under tools is SDC you can check off to enable MCP smartstartup.

or - i have a shortcut I made long ago so I dont have it checked off in SDC.

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Stardock .... place sdmcp.exe in your startup folder.

I've noticed that the systray won't show up under Windows Vista, I just started searching for the answer, has this been addressed yet, or is it just me?
