Help, can not play the game anymore, Question

OK, I have had to reinstall my operating system, and now I am unable to play GalCiv2. I get a message saying "The product appears to be validated but the serial number or the machine SID don't match."

I having tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, but nothing seems to work. If anyone has any info, I would be appreciate it.

Delete sig.bin in the game directory. It will reactivate.
