How exactly do I download these blinds/etc.? Every time I try to even open the files Windows tells me that the file cannot be found or something. So if someone could explain to me how to download all this stuff, it woud be greatly appreciated.

by clicking the download button and choosing 'save' or 'open' (with the appropriate program)

Windows tells me that the file cannot be found

If Windows can't find it, where did you save it to? Unless, the message is more along the lines of 'Windows can't open it and it needs to know what program' (big difference).
