Condense Padding For A Skin? [images included]

I have a bit of an issue I'd like to fix 
. I have been using Buuf for a while now because it looks great, and it has everything I really need in a skin. I just however, got a whole lot of new peripherals for my computer. They are ALL black and blue... and I wanted a skin to match. So I downloaded the newly created skin, Ares. Here is my problem:
With Buuf, the padding around buttons and such in firefox is REALLY small. Giving me more room for the website, and just a much cleaner look (to me anyway).
With Ares, the padding around buttons is alot wider, and I personally don't like this look very much.
So my question is: What settings should I change in skinstudio (on Ares) to adjust this padding? If this is even possible to do (and not an image issue).
