Still not getting refresh to work through SDC

I'm starting a new thread, using SDC, mainly just to see if that will randomly get this to start working. As I mentioned in another thread, though, SDC only seems to refresh the contents of the threads it initially downloaded. It's not showing me any new threads. I'm confirming this because I also have the GalCiv forums open in my web browser, so I can flip back and forth.

Any ideas? Or anyone else having this problem?

Incidentally, even though I created this thread through SDC, it's not even showing up when I view the forum using SDC.

If you go to the Tools Menu and open the Settings, what do you have set for "Check for New Messages" and "Check New Messages on Startup" on the Disccusion tab?

I have "Check for New Messages every 2 minutes" with the box checked.

And I have "Check for New Messages on Startup" also with the box checked.
