Need Help a.s.a.p

Okay, I recenlty downloaded Unlighted folder. The folder included a bunch of picture files, .bmp's. They're buttons, and icons etc. I've tried to open it when every piece of software from this site. Such as; Object, Desktopxp, systemex, cursorxp, theme manager. I just can't figure out how/what to do. Here is a link to the download, please, can somebody help me?

If you look right above it, there is a description box that tells you what program all skins in that library are for. That's the program you need to download in order to use the skin you've downloaded.
