shipyards?

question is there a way to set up shipyards and for the game to recognize the type of ship that you want without a mod

ie federation ships, babylon 5 ships, insect ships,

hope that gives you the idea of my question

Not sure what you're getting at with your first question, but there are many mods already that add ships from various sci-fi universes, just look around and you'll see them.

i have some ships that i have made but would like to make some more of a different style ie can i use different styles but the game would only bring in one style at a time

ie

styles might be fish, insect, world war 2, wooden ships or


would i have to say make a seporite file for each ship style and then just copy it into the game ship style


for instance there are 10 races in the game if i built ships for all nine races how would/could i seperate each one so not all nine tiny ships show up in every game
