i was just wondering after i install all these icons, desktop themes, and all the other stuff. what do i use to install them?

You will notice when you have the item you want to download showing on your display that there is a "Gallery Description" section above it which tells you what type of file it is and which program is needed to be installed in order to run that file. So, if the item you want to use is a WindowBlind then you need the WindowBlinds program installed first. There is also a link to download the required program there.

The same applies for the other items you mentioned.
