Ok i am making a skin and i need a little help. hard to explain so ive got pics.
the please wait is a .tga btw.

You need to make sure the .tga is saved as 24bit uncompressed.

Are doing it with pngs? or just tga? coz usually I do it in png and set the canvas to be transparent..and from skinstudios import it...it will auto convert to tga......i think it will work with psd too.. i never understand tga ..

ive got a new problem, which parts do i skin to make it differant, hard to explain again

I am sorry I was away for few days...If you have not figure it out yourself yet...those colors can be set at the...miscellaneous/colors sections. Just play around the color setting which for you is currently set to 255,255,255 to any other colors and work from there
