Trouble loading icons

Ok, total noob at this, I'm using ChaNinja's MotoXP-B1 skin with windowblinds 5 and it says in the readme after I download the skin that the icons are in the windowblinds 'motoXP' theme folder but when I try to find them using iconpackager there is nothing there, and its the same thing with all the other skins I've used.

How do I do this fellows?

sorry, found out I read it wrong, needed to download the icon package seperately. I thought that it would be packaged with the skin, dont know why I thought that...
