Ubisoft revealed that Ghost Recon: Advance Warfighter 2 has been in the works for some time and should be out by March 2007 as part of its latest financial report. The disclosure of the title was to be expected sooner or later, since the Ghost Recon series has been ultra-popular since its creation, with the first Advance Warfighter selling over 2-million copies.
On the downside comes the revelation that Ghost Recon: Advance Warfighter 2 is actually replacing Assassins Creed and Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway in the release line-up. Those titles have been delayed to the fiscal year of 2007-2008, which means between April 2007 and March 2008.
