Bootskin displaced (as if too big?)

http://sigge.kekepower.com/extra/Fafo.zip
I have made a bootskin following this great tutorial: https://www.wincustomize.com/Articles.aspx?AID=97764

Anyway, I've done three tries already, but what happens is that my background image is displaced on the screen (as if too big). I have checked the palettes several times, and they are identical (using photoshop .ast file).

The logo should be in the middle of the screen, just like the regular XP logo, but instead it's somewhat to the down-right of the middle..

I'm making this for my workplace, and if I get it right I will probably make other, better ones. Anyway, if you follow the external link, you can download the bmps and the ini; http://sigge.kekepower.com/extra/Fafo.zip

I use BootSkin to apply them.
Thanks for all help:)
Oh, and I've tried the bootskin buddy.

IMage is right...at 640x480 and 16 colour...so it's probably an issue with your machine...or its bios.

Do any other boots work for you OK?

Yes, I just tried one that followed the program and it worked nicely (phew).
But mine still doesn't. I think it has something to do with the progress bar.
Can you try?

Bootskin isn't loaded on this machine...though it all 'looks' right.

Most common issue...after bios incompatability is the palette of the 2 images doesn't match...that usually shows as wrong colours, etc...

Ok, I've tried several things (even saving the bmps in MS Paint), but it seems to be a mismatch in the palette.. How do I fix that?

FIXED IT IN BOOTSKIN BUDDY!
Great app with a horrible GUI (that's what confused me)..

Trying it now..

Did not work.

It looks misplaced (maybe I should up a photo of the loading), although the color palettes seem to be identical now (nice progressbar and bkg).
It's as if the bkg is placed in the lower-left corner of the screen (and not centralized).
This is on a Dell Inspiron 6k at 1680x1050 (shouldn't make a difference).
What kind of BIOS settings could I check out?

Looks ok to me - must be something local to your pc
