in the game if you get the UP headquarters and then leave the UP do you keep the headquarters and benefits

i am assuming no but just thought i would ask

and if the answer is yes why???

I've never gotten the issue myself and tried that, but I'd assume you'll lose the benefit just as you would any other UP issue that's been passed.
