Request for clarity on distribution of game

A few people seem to have posted messages which indicate to me that there is a lack of clarity about how exactly the game is going to be distributed to all of us beta owners.

Can anybody assist and provide this clarity?

If you Pre-Ordered (beta tester) Galactic Civilizations it will be distributed via Stardock Central, electronic download.

However, we will also have an option available for the beta testers to have an oem cd sent to them. You will just need to pay shipping & handling fees ($5 North America, $10 everywhere else).

This is what I got from the "purchase" link on this page:

On March 26th if you can't get Galactic Civilizations locally, you can purchase it directly from us and download the full game while you wait for your CD to arrive.

It will be $44.95 plus $5 shipping if you live in North America, or $10 shipping elsewhere.

A web page will be available with this option shortly. You'll have to enter your Galactic Civilizations serial in order to proceed.

At a later point, after we get the first set of orders shipped, we'll make the CD option available for Drengin.net users as well. In these initial days though, we're trying to keep things simple and so the CD offer for GalCiv customers comes first.
