A problem with logging off of here

When I attempted to log off a few moments ago, I hit the sign out button and then home, since it still showed as being logged in. When I got to the home page this was in my email bar:

[email protected]

There was no password, and I didn't hit enter... does this belong to anyone in here and if so, why would it show up on my computer at work? Just wondering.
